Atlanta, GA

The Coca-Cola Corporation selected Userthink to provide research services to the Global Equipment Platform division in Atlanta, Georgia. Specifically, Coca-Cola asked Userthink to give a short course on Human Factors and Usability to the management team and then provide the division with a robust research guide to test their current and next-generation products. “This is an excellent opportunity to provide research services to assist a valued Atlanta institution”, states Jeff Millians, CEO of Userthink.

The Human Factors and Usability short course will be quite beneficial to the management staff within the division. This course will provide insight into how human factors and usability methodologies can help to address the complexities and hurdles inherent in their industry. This course also will assist the team in their decision-making ability on future product designs. “In addition to providing a basic understanding of the value of human factors, the management team will know when to call a professional for help”, says Millians.

The research guide will be a robust instruction booklet based on a multi-variate analysis of variance (MANOVA). “The use of the MANOVA model facilitates a study with a multitude of variables, both dependent and independent,” states Millians. “This will help Coca-Cola conduct research to answer complex questions.”
