SpringCM already had an online documentation management system.  However, they began to receive customer complaints about its usability and SpringCM wanted to increase the functionality of the application.
Working closely with top stakeholders, Userthink gathered requirements and designed a robust and easy-to-use application.

Userthink’s design is now live at http://www.springcm.com

MilitaryHire tasked Userthink with an expert usability evaluation of their site to identify opportunities to enhance the experience of their different user types. Userthink conducted heuristic evaluations from both the veteran’s and the employer’s perspectives, measuring the site’s compliance with usability metrics and best practices. We delivered a report identifying specific usability issues and recommended solutions, using their existing features and technology, to maximize the utility and usability of their site. MilitaryHire.com plans to implement Userthink’s recommendations within the next fiscal year.

NDR’s  clients and sales staff were overwhelmed by the complexity of its web application. Clients often voiced that there was too much information within an unusable system.

Userthink was perfectly positioned to deliver best practices and a simplified user interface that delivered:
  •  An enhanced user experience
  •  More efficient organization
  •  Value-added research tools
